提防偽冒香港快運退款訊息及虛假電話號碼 Beware of Fraudulent Refund Messages and Phone Numbers Impersonating HK Express 香港快運最近留意到有不法分子冒充本公司，透過偽冒電郵、短訊、網站、社交媒體帳戶或其他通訊渠道發放虛假訊息，訛稱可安排退款，並誘導旅客致電指定電話號碼、點擊可疑連結、提交個人資料或付款。
如收到此類訊息，請提高警覺。
訊息內提供的電話號碼可能並非香港快運的官方聯絡方式，切勿致電，並請直接透過香港快運官方網站所列的渠道與我們聯絡。
香港快運客戶聯繫團隊的服務時間為星期一至日香港時間上午8時至晚上8時。

These messages may claim to offer refunds and ask customers to call a specified phone number, click on suspicious links, disclose personal information or make payments.
If you receive such a message, remain vigilant.
The phone number provided may not be an official HK Express contact number.
Do not call it.
